A Freeletics Valentine’s


Share your love for Freeletics this Valentine’s...

The Challenge Whether you’re celebrating Valentine’s, Galentine’s or just doing your regular training with a workout buddy, now’s the time to grab someone and do your favorite exercises together. If you can’t find a partner, how about connecting with a local Free Athlete or finding a Freeletics Training group in your city? You can find your local community by searching for Freeletics Facebook groups in your city or heading to a training spot registered in the app.

In true Freeletics spirit, we want to highlight the community we have and help bring Free Athletes together. Whether you’re sharing your love for training, for Freeletics, or for each other, it’s time to partner up. Training together has several benefits, such as increased motivation, be it to just start training or to reach your next PB. It can also increase accountability and help you stay on track with your training.

How to take part

  • Choose your favorite god workout, exercise or do your coach day between February 12th and 15th with your buddy to show your team spirit this Valentine’s.
  • Take a picture together and post it with your training in the Freeletics app or on your Instagram feed.
  • Use the hashtag #FreeleticsBuddy on either platform.
  • Make sure you have a public account during this period so we can see your submission.
