“I was in the worst shape of my life” - Rohith’s Story

“I used to play a lot of sports back in school. I was reasonably fit, but after college, my physical activity dropped off significantly. When I started working, I hardly moved, except for an occasional hike or gym session. Before I knew it, I was in the worst shape of my life, and it was affecting my confidence. I knew I needed a change.

That's when Freeletics came along with the promise of getting fitter through a 4-month Bootcamp. I was skeptical at first, but I decided to give it a try.

The Freeletics Bootcamp helped me get back to a level of fitness that I hadn't seen in a very long time. Of course, I still have a lot of room for improvement, but I've started incorporating good habits into my daily routine. For instance, I'm trying my best to eat better on a regular basis, and I'm able to push myself to do physical activity even when I'm not feeling completely up to it.

One of the things that I struggled with before Freeletics was my unhealthy habit of eating junk food whenever I felt low. This became a regular occurrence, and before I knew it, I had become overweight and unhappy with how I looked and felt. Freeletics helped me break this cycle, and although I still slip up from time to time, it's much more infrequent now.

For me, the most significant motivator was the external accountability that came with being part of the Freeletics Bootcamp. Being surrounded by a group of people who were going through the same process as me, and trainers who I had to answer to, played a massive part in keeping me on track.

If I were to give advice to someone wanting to make a transformation like mine, I would say just do it. The mind always pushes back, but once you begin, you might be surprised. Worst case, you don't do it the best, but you'll be motivated to do it a little better each time. So, go ahead and take that first step. Your future self will thank you for it.”
