BIG NEWS – Mobility days are here! Recovery and mobility are now fully integrated into your Ultimate Strength experience! This is huge. It means that recovery and mobility sessions are now automatically woven into your workout plan, perfectly tailored to complement your toughest workouts or your much-needed active recovery days.

No more guessing or skipping that well-deserved R&R; your Coach delivers the ultimate all-in-one plan for training, mobility, and recovery. The best part? It’s made just for YOU.

The sessions are broken up into two segments:

  1. Activation: dynamic movement designed to increase blood flow to your muscles and lubricate your joints.
  2. Flexibility: Foam rolling, stretches, and holds – each held for at least 30 seconds to promote flexibility.

And you might see equipment like a foam roller, pole, wall, stick, towels, or a cord suggested. But don’t worry – these aren’t essential. You can still get your stretch on with just your bodyweight, too! 

It’s everything you need to perform stronger, push harder, and recover faster. Ready to see what we’ve got in store? Let’s dive into the different types of sessions you can expect from the Coach.

Recovery sessions

The day after a Coach workout, expect a recovery-focused session designed around the muscle groups you targeted the day before. Your Coach will provide a carefully crafted mix of movements, stretches, and/or foam rolling to support effective recovery and help you stay ready for the next workout.

Mobility sessions

On additional rest days, you’ll get Coach-assigned mobility sessions designed to improve flexibility and boost overall well-being. These rest day sessions offer a different focus each day to promote and maintain the overall health of your muscles and joints. These sessions are perfect for active recovery or simply just having a reason to move your body.

Make Mobility Days your own

Just like the Coach-assigned workouts, Mobility Days are designed to fit seamlessly into your life and can be adjusted to meet you exactly where you are. Travelling without your foam roller? Legs still sore, and want to focus on them? No problem. These sessions are generated in real-time by your Coach, giving you the flexibility to adjust them based on your needs.

Here are some ways you can adapt your Mobility Days: 

  • I don’t have equipment
  • I want to change my session focus
  • I want to train somewhere else
  • I want to adjust my workout time
