“How I went from a slim body to a toned body.” – Pily’s story

I started doing Freeletics in January 2016 when I decided to begin a new healthy lifestyle and reduce my daily stress.

I had already started eating better and my weight was decreasing, but I was neither toned nor strong. I didn’t know what to do, but then my boyfriend got very excited because he had just discovered Freeletics on the internet a few days before. I felt it was the missing piece of the puzzle.

It was working well and each time I stood in front of the mirror and saw how my body was changing for the better, it was a big success every day for me. When I had to do my first Kentauros, I started just like any other day… but quickly I was in pain – this workout was so though. My body told me that I need to stop and it was the most difficult and frustrating moment. I just sat down on the floor and cried for a few moments. Deep down, I knew I had to finish. I wanted to finish just as I finished each of my workouts before. I knew my will was strong enough – I would not surrender! So with the support of my boyfriend, I continued challenging myself. I kept going and finished Kentauros. Thanks this is who I have become. I am conquering new goals every single day!

Soon I noticed that my clothes were too big for me, so as a reward “I had” to go out and get new ones to fit my new toned and slimmer body. I have learned that I am stronger than I could have ever imagined. I have the strength to finish a Kentauros or any other workout, each day with a better PB and even when I am travelling, I carry my Freeletics mat and continue to follow my Coach with no excuses!
