Professor Dr. Steven Hayes: How mental flexibility unlocks happiness & performance and why we should stop categorizing people

Dr. Steven Hayes is a Professor of Psychology at the University of Nevada, the author of 47 books and almost 700 scientific articles making him one of the most cited psychologists in the world. His work has been focused on developing a new behavioral science approach called Contextual Behavioral Science, and he is the originator of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
