Sweat isn’t just reserved for those warmer months. This September, we’re bringing the heat (oh, and all the sweat) to transform this typical transition month into a full-on sweat fest to help you rebuild your fitness rhythm, lock in your routine, and finish 2025 strong.

And with 2026 just around the corner, there’s no better time than now to start chasing those New Year's goals!

How to participate

  • The challenge starts on Monday, September 15th, 2025, and runs until Sunday, September 28th, 2025, 23:59 CET.
  • Make sure you have a Coach subscription to join the challenge.
  • Go to the Challenges section of the Community tab, look for the featured Sweatember Challenge, and tap “Join Challenge”.
  • Complete at least 6 Coach-assigned sessions (we suggest 3 per week) in the app between September 15th and September 28th, 2025, by 23:59 CET to be eligible and automatically entered to win prizes.
  • Still have questions? The Freeletics Forum is the place to connect, ask, and learn from other Free Athletes.
