And we want to help you become your own miracle. That’s why we’ve created the Freeletics 30-Day Challenge, to help you build lasting habits and keep you motivated at every rep. Stop waiting for tomorrow to change your life; you’ve got everything you need right here.

All you have to do is move your body and track it in the app. Yes, it’s that simple. Plus, there are some pretty amazing prizes up for grabs.

The Freeletics 30-Day Challenge!

Here’s the challenge: your mission is to keep your movement streak alive for 30 days. That means 30 Coach-assigned sessions (training or mobility days), or at least 17 minutes of on-demand or God workouts, or externally tracked activities of 17 minutes (think running, cycling, yoga) logged in the app from January 2nd to January 31st, 2026.

The Challenge can be broken down into two levels:

  • Committed: Log an activity on 20 out of the 30 days to earn the special badge exclusive to this challenge
  • Hardcore: Log an activity on all 30 days to be eligible to win one of the bigger tier prizes

Each activity must be at least 17 minutes long to count, and the key is to keep your streak going. Peep that streak counter at the top of the Coach tab or see your workout count inside the Challenge – that’s your motivation. Keep it climbing by staying active day after day.

What activities count

  • Freeletics Coach-assigned workouts
  • Freeletics Coach-assigned Mobility days (Ultimate Strength only)
  • On-demand or God workouts totalling 17 minutes or more
  • Externally tracked activities of 17 minutes or more – such as walking, cycling, yoga, hiking, running, or however you like to move your body – *must be logged in the app to qualify and be automatically entered to win prizes.

How to participate

  • The challenge starts on Friday, January 2nd, 2026, and runs until Saturday, January 31st, 2026, 23:59 CET.
  • Make sure you have a Coach subscription to join the challenge.
  • Go to the Challenges section of the Community tab, look for the featured Freeletics 30-Day Challenge, and tap “Join Challenge”.
  • Log an activity for 20 of the 30 days
  • Free Athletes who keep their streak for all 30 days will be eligible to win the larger Decathlon prizes.
