- High-resolution videos, preferably in a vertical format (9:16 aspect ratio like you see on your phone)
- High-resolution photos, in both vertical (9:16 aspect ratio) and horizontal (16:9 aspect ratio)
- Please send original files only (no filters, stickers, text, etc. added on top)
Photo and video suggestions:
- Working out, either alone or in a group (running, lifting weights, doing exercises, etc.)
- Your transformation or challenge (before & after images or videos)
- Doing your favorite activities (hiking, walking, etc.) Living your life (cooking, dancing, smiling, etc.)
