5 Simple But Powerful Nutrition Hacks

With so many different approaches to nutrition out there, it’s hard to know where to start. We’ve rounded up our top tips you can incorporate into your daily routine to help make your nutrition work for you.

1. Plan, Prepare and Portion

The best way to stay on track with nutrition is to plan meals and snacks ahead of time. By mindfully planning or preparing food and portioning it into smaller containers, you are sure to save time, money and be confident that you are eating well.

2. Hydrate

As soon as you wake up, drink a glass of water. This will help to wake up your organs and immediately rehydrate the body. You will feel more awake and ready to start the day. Aim to drink at around 2 liters of water throughout the day.

3. Swap it out

Looking to get started building a better nutrition habit? Sometimes it's as simple as a small food swap. Here are our favorite swaps;

  • Almonds for peanuts

Every time you eat, it is an opportunity to nourish your body. If you're struggling to get in your daily fruits and vegetables, why not try a smoothie? Not only is it a simple solution, but a great, simple hack to max your vitamin intake. Mix in some cooked beetroots, sweet potatoes or even raw kale to get that extra superfood boost.
