Fifteen years ago I played high level rugby and was fit and healthy. Then I became a dad and, combined with stressful work, it didn’t work well for my body.
A year ago something happened which broke me both physically and mentally. Therefore, I decided to do something about it. Levent’s transformation video inspired me to take on the challenge with Freeletics.
I started with the introduction weeks and became more motivated. Thus, I also bought the Coach. I trained five times a week and took a picture every week. It was hard, but I kept on going because my willpower, pictures and positive reactions from others helped me get through. I became fitter and faster. I saw improvements in my body and not unimportantly, I also inspired others to start with Freeletics!
After thirteen weeks I feel good! Also mentally. I still train with Freeletics, started playing rugby and doing kite surfing again and I’m motivated to beat my PBs every time!
