I started exercising in January 2016 as my weight had gotten out of control at that point.
I started out with some DVDs and then switched to Freeletics, which I had seen pop up on my Facebook. I was lucky never to be ill or miss a day, I didn’t “do” excuses, instead I did burpees. The training helped me to take part in many races I couldn’t have managed before and now I also eat much healthier (I used to LOVE pizza). I have gone from squeezing myself into 36in jeans to now wearing 32in with room to breathe. I am stronger and more agile. Happy and healthier. Thanks to Freeletics and its community!
