How can I get a refund for a Freeletics product?

Within the first 14 days after your initial purchase, you can request a refund for any Freeletics product. Note that the 14 day money back guarantee doesn’t apply for subscription renewals.

Please do not delete your Freeletics account before the refund has been completed since it might delay the process.

Below, you can find the required information for your request as well as a link to submit it.

Purchase in the website with credit card

Please include the following information in the Refund Request form:

  1. Date of purchase

  2. Last 4 digits of the credit card used for the purchase

  3. Name of the credit card owner

  4. Your Freeletics login e-mail address

  5. The reason for the cancellation

Purchase in the website with PayPal

Please include the following information in the Refund Request form:

  1. Date of purchase

  2. PayPal email address

  3. Your Freeletics login email address

  4. The reason for the cancellation
