All you’ll have to do is to update your Freeletics Bodyweight app to version 4.15 and generate a new Coach week. Please note that Freeletics Bodyweight version 4.15 will most likely be available in the week of 21 August, 2017.
Note: If you are currently participating in the #CoachChallenge and you update to 4.15, there are a few things to consider before creating a new Coach week. Here’s what you’ve got to know:
- If you generate a new Coach week without completing the current one, you will lose your training for the current week. Please note that an incomplete week will not be counted in the #CoachChallenge and has to be redone. If you want your current week to be counted into the #CoachChallenge, please complete it first.
- If you choose to continue your current week you will not get warmups and cooldowns assigned in your Coach plan. Please still make sure to warm up and cool down to avoid injuries. You will automatically receive new warmup and cooldown exercises once you get to your next Coach week.
- Creating a new Coach week will not exclude you from the #CoachChallenge. However, your current Coach week’s training sessions will not be counted in the #CoachChallenge if you don’t complete the whole week.
- By creating a new Coach week you will simply regenerate the Coach week you are currently in. You will not skip a week or jump forward a week. For example: If you are in Coach week 5, you will get a newly regenerated Coach week 5.
Keeping those things in mind, it’s up to you to decide! Have fun training, give it your all and look forward to the new warmups and cooldowns coming soon.
