Made them even more flexible. “2×2” is the coach feature designed with you, your lifestyle and your challenges in mind. Train on the go or at home. All you need is 2 by 2 meters of space. To get you started, here’s the “what”, the “how” and the “why” of the Freeletics “2×2” workouts.
Same workouts. More flexible. Just as tough. 2×2 means you can train with only 2 by 2 meters of space. Workouts with exercises where you usually need distance are replaced with ones you can do on the spot. And runs replaced with exercises suited to you and your fitness level. So you don’t have to go outside to run if you don’t have the possibility.
We listened to your feedback. Understood your challenges. Considered your busy lifestyles. We know that it’s not always easy to get outside and train. So you need the possibility to train anywhere. At home, in a hotel, on the go. With the 2×2 workouts, you can. Just remember that 2×2 is solely there if you have no other choice. We still recommend the regular workout. So if you can, get outside and go the distance.
How do you use the feature? 2×2 are replacements for a whole training day in your Coach. If you know you won’t have space to train, switch it. Hit the 2×2 logo at the top of your training day. If you do find space you can always switch it back. As long as you haven’t already done the workout.
Before you start switching remember…
2×2 aren’t a replacement for your workouts. It’s just an option for you to train anywhere. It’s not easier, but worth less points and your PBs won’t count as much. That’s because we want to encourage you to stick to the most efficient training method.
