At that point in my life, I was on my own pursuit of becoming faster, stronger, fitter. And I did it. With Freeletics, I managed to lose 10 kg and gain muscle whilst keeping my body athletic and lean."}]}]},{"type":"text","value":"\n"},{"type":"element","tagName":"p","properties":{},"children":[{"type":"element","tagName":"em","properties":{},"children":[{"type":"text","value":"I’ve been part of many training groups and have even created some myself, such as the group in Mérida – my hometown.
