Tafelzucker wird von unserem Körper besonders schnell verdaut und lässt unseren Insulinspiegel innerhalb von kurzer Zeit auf ein sehr hohes Niveau ansteigen. Dabei wirkt ein zu hoher Insulinspiegel toxisch auf unseren Körper und kann sich sowohl in psychischen als auch physischen Beschwerden bemerkbar machen. So können Symptome wie  z.B.
